Our Policies


A minimum of 24 hrs notice is required in order to cancel your appointment, a non-refundable fee will be charge for the amount of $25.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 24 before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, a non-refundable fee will charge for the amount of $25. 


Groomer's time

Our service can be affected by external and internal factors: Traffic, a flat tire, a dog with unexpected issues, etc. sometimes the service can be delay or anticipate the arrival for around 30-60 mins. All changes on the time will be communicated to the client asap.



Shaving a heavy matting can result in minor nicks or abrasion or reveal problems with the skin. We will not be held liable for these issues. If the case is severe we may/will recommend visiting the vet and the grooming will be postponed.



A copy of the vaccination card is required. All vaccines must be up to date.  

Waiting Time

Is your appointment is booked in our mobile service or salon, the maximum time for wait is 15 minutes, after the time your appointment will be cancel and we will charge $25 for last minute cancellation fee.

Salon clients: As soon as your dog is ready for pick-up, a member of our team will contact you. There's a 30 minutes’ window to pick up your pet; after that, there's a $25 charge.

Pick Up Your Pet

If we are unable to contact you and we need to close the location, and the pet remains in our care, we may charge a fee of $100 every night the animal stays with us, and after two days we will contact animal services.
